About Me

Hi, I'm Warith! I graduated from Allen HS, and am now a student at UT Austin studying CS and Math.

While in high school, some of the main activities I did included competing in the University Interscholastic League (winning two state golds in my senior year), teaching students through volunteering and work, and exploring new passions and hobbies. I also got into competitive programming throughout high school, and still occasionally participate through resources like Codeforces, Leetcode, and UTPC (UT Austin's Programming Club). My main CS interests are in cryptography and numerical analysis as a whole, combining my mathematical strengths and my addiction with solving puzzles.

Outside of academics, I love to keep up with soccer and cricket, and often use my free time chatting with my friends or playing on TETR.IO (peaked at Top 2.7K globally). I also love listening to K-pop whether I'm studying for a test or out on a run, getting into it during high school.

  • High School TMSCA (2024 - Present): Currently write the physics section for TMSCA science tests, including for the state meet held at UT San Antonio every year
  • Science Bowl (2024 - Present): Co-wrote RR physics in 2025 and DE math in 2026 for Texas Science Bowl; currently writing DE math and DE physics for 2026 Rice Science Bowl
  • UTPC (2025 - Present): Write competitive programming problems for UT's bi-weekly contests
  • Science Olympiad (2026 - Present): Sole writer of the 2026 ATX Regionals Machines test (a Div. B and Div. C event)

Projects

K-Pop Predictor

Music Release Predictor

scikit-learn Next.js FastAPI

I designed a web application that helps predict K-pop album release dates, using an ML script that analyzes scraped historical records to visualize trends.

TSB App

Texas Science Bowl Question App

Express.js MongoDB Tailwind

To help organize and automate our question packet generation, I developed a website that stores all the questions in an Atlas database and automatically compiles them into LaTeX packets, speeding up an otherwise manual process.

UIL Academics Hub

Python Flask Node.js Tailwind

Rather than going through the website manually or using a CLI-based script, I developed a Flask app that uses requests and multi-threading to display stateiwde results in a convenient format, including exporting aggregate results as CSVs.

Game Theory (Virtual Card Game)

TypeScript Next.js

With spring break causing my friends and I to be hundreds of miles apart, I created a web version of a card game we used to often play, where the goal is to sort all the distributed cards without any verbal communication that reveals the cards themselves.
